Developer on Intake, the module through which employees submit their purchasing requests, a project I’ve been involved in since its creation, as well as on the product catalog and savings tracking. 5-month cross-functional assignment on Ivalua’s AI agent platform

- Designed and developed the entire front-end interface for the IVA Studio chat feature, Ivalua’s AI agent platform launched in 2026: real-time display of the agent’s reasoning and actions (tool calls, delegation to sub-agents), conversation history, and attachment management
- Developed several skills enabling IVA to perform actions within the software: a skill to search for job descriptions by keyword or skill for the Human Resources (EWM) module, with automatic follow-up by the AI if no results are found, as well as all the tools and orchestration skills enabling IVA to manage 8 different types of Intake request
- Designed, using Ivalua’s previous AI system (separate from IVA Studio), a tool that automatically generates the technical script needed to move an Intake request through its validation stages
- Created and refined, over several iterations, the technical component that displays the progress of Intake requests (responsive), eventually turning it into a core component of the platform
- Fixed bugs and improved features in Intake, the product catalog, and savings tracking, addressing functional issues as well as security, accessibility, and performance concerns
